The Construction Contracts Co. exists to change that: to put head-contractor-grade commercial knowledge in the hands of the subcontractors doing the work, and begin levelling a field that has been one-sided for far too long.
Why we exist
I’ve been on both sides of the table.
For years I administered these contracts, more than $200M of them, across both the head contractor and subcontractor sides in construction. I watched the margin quietly shift away from the subbies doing the work, one clause at a time. The Construction Contracts Co. exists to put that knowledge back on your side of the table.
